Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

   • Products may be returned within 7 days if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   • Customized items are only returnable if they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact customer service to initiate a return.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
   • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 days.

4. Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
